Another great wine tasting series by Salt Tasting Room is happening next week on Wednesday, September 23rd 2009. This time they will be hosting an exclusive dinner with Sonoma’s highly-regarded Dutton Goldfield Winery, in conjunction with the Sonoma In The City Canadian Tour. Dutton Goldfield has received numerous reviews which points out its complexity, balance and intensity that the partners believe are key to world-class wines.

All of Dutton Goldfield’s wines are well over the $100 mark on restaurant wine lists (if they can even be found, that is), but with the gracious support of Blue Note Wine & Spirits, they are able to guide you through 6 of their most renowned selections plus two full courses of hand-crafted charcuterie from local producers such as J, N & Z Deli, Moccia’s, and Oyama Sausage Company, along with artisan cheeses from Neal’s Yard (UK), Italy, Spain, and British Columbia for $80, which includes all taxes and gratuities as well.
