It was a packed room inside Gastown’s Landing Building on Friday night, as BootUp Entrepreneurial Society held its 9th Demo Camp event. Entrepreneurs, tech wizards, media masters, and early staged investors squished together to listen to Mike Lee with Rogers Ventures and others talk about technology and emerging companies out of Vancouver. It was an insightful and satisfying night that still has the GastownBlog team excited about Vancouver’s vibrant tech community.

Taking the tour of Citymax’s office located on 1 Alexander Street, you get a strong sense that this is one of the coolest places to work in the city.
