Hosting many “Salt Cellar Series” events throughout the year, these series are always a great way to try international and local wines for great value, paired with the abundance of local charcuterie and delicious cheeses. To celebrate they are bringing back their Original 1970’s Menu with 1970’s price($1.95 for an all inclusive meal!) with proceeds going to the BC Professional Fire Fighters Association Burn Fund. Taitt N’ Tower! It’s the latest praise coined by locals about Gastown’s newest restaurant, Cork and Fin. This expression, referring to taittinger champagne and their delicious seafood towers, is one of many phrases that describe this bistro-style restaurant.
