German Fan Fest

The massive 600 square meter pavilion on 555 Water Street is finally taking shape as organizers make their final preparations in hosting one of Vancouver most lively parties. Dubbed the "German Fan Festival", the Gastown Blog team expects this to be a major attraction. Especially when they're serving a potent mix of “Thüringer Rostbrätl” (special flavoured pork chop), Brutwurst, and Bavarian beer topped with live music and Olympic games on TV.

Upcoming Events

  • Starting Wednesday, February 10th, the German Fan Fest begins its two week festivities in Gastown. People from all over the world can join together with German athletes and supporters in celebration of their country and Olympic victories. Check out the details here. #
